Helping volunteers maintain the spark for their service work is a vital skill for all communities, nonprofits, governments, and more. Professionals in many of these fields engage with volunteers during their daily management practices. This workshop will begin to examine why volunteers start their journey of service with passion and how to maintain and enhance their commitment to their volunteerism. In this session we will:

  1. Explore different ways in which you can work with volunteers
  2. Strengthen volunteers commitment
  3. Preserve volunteer work in the long run
  4. Address some of the difficulties and challenges in volunteer management

Tickets are $18/per person. Please reach out to paige@thehivesd.org if ticket pricing is prohibiting your attendance. Scholarships are available.
