JEDI Resources

JOIN US IN PLEDGING TO WORK TOWARDS JUSTICE, EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION.

NCPC's JEDI Pledge

Together with my fellow stakeholders, I will work to make our community more inclusive, diverse,
and focused on equity and social justice.

I will bring philanthropists and nonprofits, along with other local leaders of all stripes together
to strengthen our most disaffected communities in reaching their full potential.

Faced with societal divisiveness, I will model collaboration and inclusion.

Faced with win/lose and zero sum thinking, I will seek common ground and a win/learn mindset.

Faced with a pervasive culture of misunderstanding and distrust, I will persevere to be trustworthy
& seek to understand, then be understood.

I will model this commitment in both thoughts and action,
within NCPC and as a steward of our larger San Diego community.

I am a committed NCPC member, and I know that together we will create a promising future
and make San Diego America’s kindest and most purposeful region.

“I am no longer accepting the things I cannot change.

I am changing the things I cannot accept.”

ANGELA DAVIS
