The Mitchell Thorp Foundation is thrilled to announce its inaugural Par for A Purpose golf tournament, slated for Monday, October 20^th. at the scenic Fairbanks Ranch Country Club. The Mitchell Thorp Foundation is an organization dedicated to providing crucial support to families whose children are battling life-threatening illnesses, diseases, and disorders. Since our establishment in 2009, the Mitchell Thorp Foundation has been a beacon of hope for children and families in desperate situations, offering financial assistance, emotional support, and vital resources through our programs.

Success Magazine “Changemaker Awards” honored the Mitchell Thorp Foundation as one of the visionaries who are reshaping our world for the better. Being a part of the golf tournament is an excellent opportunity to educate the community on their mission and invites community members to support the children and families in need. Our annual golf tournament will not only foster community engagement but also serve as a cornerstone in raising essential funds to aid those families whose children are facing a life-threatening medical diagnosis.

The Mitchell Thorp Foundation’s Par For A Purpose golf tournament offers eighteen scenic holes for players to enjoy, promising a day filled with camaraderie and friendly competition. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or trying golf for the first time, all are invited to join the fun. After the tournament, there will be a Banquet & Awards ceremony where attendees and their guests will enjoy Dinner, DJ & Live music, Live and Silent auction, featuring items from local businesses. and have the chance to win exciting prizes. With players of all skill levels welcomed, the tournament creates an inclusive environment where everyone can have a fun time while supporting a meaningful cause.
