NEW WORKSHOP SERIES FOR NONPROFIT PROFESSIONALS
Evaluating and Visualizing Impact
Do you struggle to evaluate the impact of your work? This workshop series will move you beyond the basics of program design and teach you skills and techniques for analyzing your data and communicating your impact. Experienced nonprofit evaluators will lead all sessions and provide personal support in a small group setting for a fraction of the cost of private consultation or third-party evaluation.
During 5 small group sessions you will:
- Design an evaluation plan for your program
- Design a survey tool, pilot it, and analyze data
- Learn data visualization skills to communicate your findings to funders, board members, and clients
- Obtain practical skills and tools you can apply immediately

All sessions 8:30am-12:30pm at USD. Participants must attend all 5 sessions
