Each year Girls Inc. of San Diego County provides more than 300 girls with life-changing support to help girls overcome gender, economic and social barriers in order to succeed in life. We deliver programs 5 days a week, year-round, at no-cost to the girls or their families.
On May 9th, we will celebrate 11 graduating girls who have participated in Girls Inc. throughout high school. They will each share their personal stories – filled with challenges, achievements and plans for the future – and how Girls Inc. helped along the way.
The Graduation Celebration is designed to celebrate the achievements of our girls who have graduated from our program and to raise awareness and funding for the meaningful work we do in the San Diego community. The Graduation Celebration will be held on May 9th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Shadowridge Golf Club in Vista.
