Amplified Impact Partners strengthens San Diego’s nonprofit sector by connecting highly skilled professionals with organizations in need of strategic support. Through pro bono consulting engagements, Amplified mobilizes experts in areas such as finance, operations, marketing, human resources, and strategic planning to help nonprofits overcome challenges and expand their impact.
Formerly known as San Diego Social Venture Partners, Amplified has supported more than 150 nonprofits over its 24-year history. In the past year alone, Amplified launched more than 30 capacity-building projects—the most in the organization’s history—and welcomed a record number of new Partners to its growing community of changemakers.
Each engagement pairs a team of experienced consultants—former C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, executive coaches, financial planners, and Big Four alumni—with nonprofit organizations working on the front lines of San Diego’s most pressing challenges. From strengthening board governance to developing alternate revenue streams, Amplified teams deliver practical, high-impact solutions at no cost to the nonprofits they serve.
In response to growing challenges like funding cuts and economic uncertainty, Amplified Impact Partners is launching Flex Teams— an agile, rapid-response consulting and coaching approach offering the same high-touch, collaborative support Amplified is known for, now in an accelerated format. This year also marks a major milestone: the organization’s relaunch under a new name and brand identity. Now operating as Amplified Impact Partners, the organization is reaffirming its commitment to meeting the moment with bold, responsive, and collaborative support for the region’s social sector. Building on this momentum, Amplified recently launched new consulting engagements with 15 local nonprofits, including Boys & Girls Club of Vista, Operation HOPE–North County, the Athenaeum Music & Arts Library and more. The selected organizations represent a wide range of focus areas, including services for vulnerable populations, refugee support, arts access, and community development—reflecting the breadth and diversity of the region’s nonprofit sector.
