Meet Our Members: High Five Career Coaching

North County Philanthropy Council September 14, 2023

High Five Career Coaching is a consulting firm serving nonprofit and additional social impact organizations. High Five helps leaders of both small and large organizations attain greater clarity, sustainable change, and higher levels of excellence that further their missions. While initially focused on Career Coaching for individuals at its founding in 2016, it has evolved to provide comprehensive organizational development and talent management solutions. One of their most exciting initiatives is the upcoming launch of a Nonprofit CEO/ED Mastermind Group this Fall.

Some of the ways they help include:

  • Executive/Career Coaching
  • Teambuilding
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Succession Planning
  • Career/Mentor Programs
  • Group Facilitation & Training
  • Culture Change
  • Employee Engagement
  • Organization & Leader Assessments

As High Five’s CEO, Mike Gellman brings over 20 years of successful experience helping nonprofits and corporations and has built a diverse team of experts to support High Five’s clients. Community involvement is one of his values. He recently stepped in to lead NCPC’s Mentorship Program. Mike can also typically be found volunteering at Coastal Roots Farm and leading Nonprofit NetWalks around San Diego that spotlight local nonprofits and facilitate collaborations while being active outdoors.
