Join High Five’s Nonprofit NetWalk! This free walk meetup is a fun, relaxed, and informal way to connect and network with fellow nonprofit leaders, funders, and Board members.

We will be hosted by the Escondido Creek Conservancy! Join us to walk by nature restoration sites and visit a rare Engelmann Oak grove.

Time and Date: Thursday, June 27 at 10am

Meeting Location: Sardina Preserve 25320 Lake Wohlford Road

Who can attend: Anyone in the nonprofit and philanthropic field. Leashed and well-behaved furry friends are welcome to join us on the walk portion only.

Parking: We will meet you at the gate and direct you to parking.

Walk Details: The Sardina Preserve is 282 acres. The walk will be mostly on the old ranch roads. The Conservancy is restoring the Sardina Preserve to native habitat.

Difficulty Level: Easy. The walk is mostly level with some rolling topography. It could be warm so please bring water, a hat and sunscreen.

About Our Host: The mission of the Escondido Creek Conservancy (www.escondidocreek.org) is to preserve and restore the Escondido Creek watershed in North County. The Conservancy owns/manages 3,000 acres of conservation land, and implements outdoor education programs for youth in North County, many of whom are from disadvantaged communities.
