The Equity Journey 2.0 focuses on organizational competencies and developing the skills and understanding necessary for leaders to cultivate equitable and diverse organizational cultures. This self-paced, intensive course will build the cultural competency of professional and organizational leaders, enabling them to successfully nurture and navigate diverse and equitable settings. It is a meaningful and affordable opportunity to share with your staff board members and colleagues as it will provide a foundation for further work in creating and sustaining an organizational culture which honors and advances equity for all.
The three-module, self-guided journey and group reflections will help you:
IDENTIFY why and how DEI should be integral to your nonprofit’s mission
EXPLORE intentional strategies for creating an organizational culture that evidences equity in practice,
STRENGTHEN your personal practice related to equity and management and
CONNECT to and LEARN from other nonprofit leaders committed to social justice.
The online program opens on Feb. 28th, 2022 and will remain open until June 30, 2022.
Three Pit Stop discussions will be hosted on Monday, March 14, 28 and April 11, 2022.
When registering, indicate your preference of Pit Stops from the following times:
Block A Pit Stop Discussions
Monday, March 14 at 9 am
Monday, March 28 at 9 am
Monday, April 11 at 9 am
Block B Pit Stop Discussions:
Monday, March 14 at 1 pm
Monday, March 28 at 1 pm
Monday, April 11 at 1 pm
The cost to participate in all three sessions of Equity 2.0 is $25*. We do request a commitment to complete the three self-guided modules plus all three Pit Stop discussions.

**One does not need to have participated in The Equity Journey 1.0 to participate in 2.0. There will be an option to complete The Equity Journey 1.0 independently (no Pit Stops) for $50. Please inquire if interested.
