It is so easy to keep doing things the way you’ve always done them. Even when some habits contribute to stress and poor concentration you keep on doing them over and over. The fact that your shoulders are sore and stiff from the tension you just ignore it or take a pill. Now is the time to get out of your own way. In this class you will learn healthy behaviors that can help you kick the habits you want to change and reinforce the ones you want to practice. Gain new perspectives with well researched practices that generate results:
