Dialogue Event: Community Before Self

The first dialogue event in the four-part series will be an introduction to the circle dialogue methodology and focus on discovering shared values, creating agreements for future dialogues, and developing a foundation for collaborative decision-making and action. Through a series of creative and engaging small group sessions, collaborative activities, and focused discussion prompts, we will begin to form a cohesive community bond and practice effective communication techniques. Community Before Self will highlight the importance of inclusivity and bridge-building to creating sustainable solutions. It will provide the necessary skills for sharing differing perspectives without fear of reprisal or censorship.
