I wish I knew what to do in that moment.”  “I should have handled that differently.” Sound familiar?  All of us encounter situations when working with others’ whose behavior is difficult for us. We perceive they say and do things  that may clash with our values, be harsh to our perspectives and/or disrupt the group we are leading. In this session we will adapt a successful rubric and proven techniques to deploy in the moment, that activate and direct our emotional intelligence when working with challenging relationships. In pairs and small groups, each of us will explore how we react to triggering behavior, how we would like to react, and customize best practices to create those reactions in different settings  Participants leave with actionable new skills to further their professional growth.
