Neville Billimoria

Sr. VP of Membership & Chief Advocacy Officer, Mission Federal Credit Union

Neville Billimoria is an effective communications and values leader, growing organizations through external marketing, media, and sales effectiveness, as well as internal organizational alignment, corporate communications and leadership development. He brings experience, energy and empowerment to his executive leadership role as SVP Membership/Marketing and Chief Advocacy Officer at Mission Federal Credit Union, a $4.5B institution and the largest financial services organization exclusively serving San Diego, where he has accountability for a strategic array of crucial outward facing functions for over 18 years including leading marketing, community relations, corporate giving as well as promoting Mission Fed’s public image and brand.

Mission Fed received Consumer Reports highest rating for all national banks or credit unions in 2015 and 2018, the BBB Torch Awards for Ethics in 2015 and 2017, Forbes rating as one of the best State Credit Unions and highest ranked local credit union in 2018, and best in the state in 2019, as well as the Union Tribune’s Top Workplace Award for 2020.

Neville has and currently serves on several boards including; Founder of the Chamber of Purpose San Diego, Conscious Capitalism Advisory Board, Ed Corps/Real World Scholars Board, Alliance 4 Empowerment Board & The Ackermann Foundation Board, among others.

After graduating from UC San Diego, Neville remains involved on the UCSD Alumni Board since 2008, as well as teaching martial arts, yoga and meditation on campus for over 38 years.

He is a frequent speaker on topics including brand as culture, purpose-driven leadership, social capital optimization and civic engagement.

Shannon Ayala

Shannon is a Certified Public Accountant with twenty-two years of audit experience, specializing in the nonprofit and local government practice areas.  She leads the San Diego office of Davis Farr.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers.

Shannon received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University.  She’s been an active member of the NCPC Finance Committee and joined the NCPC Board in 2022.

She lives in Solana Beach with her husband and their two children.

Jocelyn Wyndham, MBA

Associate Vice President of Development, Office of University Advancement  – Cal State San Marcos

Jocelyn Wyndham serves as the Associate Vice President of Development in the office of University Advancement at Cal State San Marcos. She leads the major gift fundraising team, providing donor-centric vision and strategy to advance the goals and initiatives of Cal State San Marcos. Prior to joining CSUSM in 2013, she worked in philanthropy and events at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute, UC San Diego, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is a proud two-time alumna of Cal State San Marcos, earning a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA).  She’s been an active member of various NCPC committees and joined the NCPC board in 2019.

Jeanne E. Schmelzer, CFRE

Executive Vice President & Regional Director, Netzel Grigsby Associates, Inc.

Jeanne is an executive vice president with Netzel Grigsby Associates, Inc., serving San Diego,
Arizona, Nevada and San Jose. Jeanne joined the firm in 1997 following a successful 17-year
career as a nonprofit professional primarily in the San Diego area. During those years, she
served as vice president of community relations of the United Way of Santa Clara County,
executive director of the San Diego Downtown YMCA and associate executive of both the
Magdalena Ecke and the Davis/Grossmont YMCAs in San Diego.

Jeanne’s professional experiences have included managing and implementing successful
multi-million dollar capital campaigns, annual and major gift fundraising programs. She has
provided both counsel and management to a wide range of nonprofit organizations and
institutions. Jeanne has had extensive experience in board and staff development, fiscal
management, long-range strategic planning, facility and program development, marketing
and communications.

Jeanne received her Bachelor of Business Administration from National University, San Diego.
She has been an active Rotarian since 1991 and is currently a member of the San Diego Rotary
Club. She has served on several boards including the Rotary Club of Santa Clara, the
Association of Fundraising Professionals, Silicon Valley Chapter and San Diego Chapter, the
Central branch of the YMCA of Santa Clara, Notre Dame High School–San Jose, and the
Downtown YMCA Board of Directors. Jeanne has been on the faculty for extended studies at
the University of California, San Diego instructing Fundraising Basics and Processes and
Capital Campaigns and at California State University– San Marcos instructing Special Events
for Nonprofits.
