Meet Our Members: Access Caregivers, Inc.

Jena Ralls April 13, 2022

Access Caregivers is a special team of personal caregivers made up of Certified Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Homemakers and Companions with an abundance of experience in personal care. We are a locally owned and operated company based in North County with over 24 years of experience in care giving.  We are passionate about home care, believing that seniors should be respected and revered as the unique individuals they are.

After watching a 60 Minutes program in 1996 where they explored the poor care and treatment our seniors were receiving nationwide, especially in crowded nursing homes, I knew then I needed to contribute, so I left my aviation job to make a more personal difference. Coming from a culture where elders are seen as sources of wisdom and given proper respect as seniors, caring for them is natural for me – it’s an honor and not a burden. And because this is something I strongly believe; it naturally carries directly into my daily business practices. I remain highly involved in the care that each client receives.

Our skilled team takes pride in successfully matching clients and caregivers for optimum results with minimal disruption to the individual’s quality of life, working closely with each client and family to provide the most appropriate services available. A tailored care package is designed uniquely for each client because there is no need or request too small.  Our commitment and our vision is to make a difference in every life we touch. My personal mission is to achieve that vision daily.
