San Diego Heart & Stroke Walk

Join the American Heart Association on Saturday, September 16th, at Balboa Park (6^th & Laurel) for the 26^th Annual Heart & Stroke Walk!  The celebration includes several local San Diego vendors, work-out demos, health screenings, entertainment, Subway sandwiches and more.  The expo opens at 6:00am, while the walk and festivities kick-off at 7am.

The Heart Walk is an event designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living, it creates an environment that’s fun, rewarding, and free for the community. Our main goal with the Heart Walk is to educate the community on heart health, prevention, and overall promoting the incorporation of physical activity into everyday life. Please join us in creating a healthier San Diego!
