There will also be an opportunity to receive some free coaching and mentoring support from your host and peers should you wish to share a challenge you’re facing.
Difficulty level: Easy. The walk will be about 2-3 miles at a social pace along a flat and accessible route for all. Our initial NetWalk will be along the boardwalk (aka “the Strand”) in Oceanside and heading south towards Wisconsin Ave.
Who can attend: Anyone in the nonprofit and philanthropic field. Leashed and well-behaved furry friends are welcome to accompany us.
Parking: There is plenty of free parking available on Cleveland and Tremont streets as well as metered parking along Pacific St.
Additional info: Dress is casual with comfortable shoes. Depending on how much time and interest there is, we may saunter over to a nearby coffee/smoothie establishment afterwards.
There’s also the weekly Farmer’s Market which begins at 9am for those who wish to explore on their own afterwards.
