Meet the Chefs

Casa de Amparo’s 28th Annual Meet the Chefs event will bring together nearly 300 food enthusiasts and San Diego’s finest chefs for an unforgettable culinary experience on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at the Hilton Del Mar. This highly anticipated event, which raises over $150,000 annually, supports Casa de Amparo’s transformative programs for foster youth in San Diego County.

This year, a new addition to the event will be the Pre-Event Reception, starting at 1:00 pm. Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres from Pamplemousse Grille, along with fine wines and champagne provided by Vinera Wine Society. The reception will feature a silent auction and exclusive wine auction, allowing attendees to bid on rare, curated selections before the Chef’s Tastings event begins at 2:30 pm. The main event will include unlimited tastings from premier local chefs, a live auction, and live music, all set poolside at the Hilton Del Mar.
