The ability to successfully develop and sustain relationships with customers is critical to success in the workplace. In this interactive workshop, we will explore the skills and characteristics that contribute to this success and how they may be developed. Supplementary readings will be provided.
You will walk away with strategies to:
- Define simple service measurements for your organization
- Build a portfolio of tools and phrases that lead to strong customer relationships
- Advance at work by providing high quality service (this has been proven!)
