We are excited to begin our summer leadership series with Leading Through Change: Building the Next Generation of Nonprofit Leadership, an online conversation featuring Dr. Laura Deitrick, Executive Director of The Nonprofit Institute at the University of San Diego who will share insights from her own leadership journey, her research on executive transition and succession planning, and her perspective on the evolving needs of nonprofit leaders across San Diego County.
