Showcasing soul classics and inspired originals, this dynamo quartet of blues belters, shouters, guitar-picking, foot-stompers promise to remind us what made the music so great.  Missy Andersen, Heine Andersen, Mercedes Moore and Sharifah Muhammad are all accomplished performers with their own busy projects and able to command any stage alone.  As SouthLand Soul they combine their powerful musical talents to perform the music that served as the soundtrack for some of the most significant events in American history: Uptown blues, Memphis soul, Southern gospel, and more.
