Borrego Springs Golf Classic

The Borrego Springs Golf Classic, presented by Kimberly Jones Selections & Shamrock Foods, will be held at the Borrego Springs Resort & Spa on February 23. The event, which is designed to specifically benefit the youth of Borrego Springs and the Boys & Girls Club of Borrego Springs, netted over $65,000 in 2017. We thank the 80 golfers and 135 dinner guests for participating in the most successful tournament in its history.  In addition, we thank all of wonderful corporate partners for supporting the tournament. Congratulations to the foursome of Clint Brandon, Art Aviles, Jim McCabe and Bill Bennett for winning the Men’s Division. Champions of the Women’s & Couples Division were Johnna Howard, Kitty Willard, Bonnie Byrne and Chris Duthie. Contest winners included Closest to the Pin: Bob Chavez, Longest Drive: Bob Carrington, Putting Contest Men: Clint Brandon and Putting Contest Women: Barbara Eaton. The dinner program featured a live auction highlighted with a one week stay in an Encinitas Beach House, one week stay in Manzanita, Oregon Beach Cabin and a one week stay in the Florida Keys. A big thank you to the incredible committee who helped make this a very special event.
