American Heart Association and Tri-City Medical Center celebrate National Walking Day

Join us on April 4th at the 2018 National Walking Day event where Tri City Medical Center and the American Heart Association are teaming up to create a healthier North County San Diego community. Tri City Medical Center CEO and 2018 North County Heart & Stroke Walk Chairman, Steve Dietlin, will be leading the local community for a healthy walk around Tri City Medical Center’s new walking path.  National Walking Day activities will begin at the hospital at 11:00 and will include an expo with local vendors, free food and entertainment. Then starting at 12:00, we will all lace up our sneakers together and take a walk! Start a healthy habit and take a 30-minute walk with us! Invite your friends, family and colleagues to join you and you’ll see how easy it is to make physical activity part of your day – every day!
