From supporting diversity and helping children reach their full potential to supporting programs for adults with disabilities, Sycuan Casino Resort is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community far beyond entertainment.
Every December, the Sycuan Casino Resort community gathers for a heartwarming cherished tradition – the Holiday Gift Giving Ceremony. In 2023, Sycuan Casino Resort donated a total of $180,000 to 25 charities during the event, supporting causes from social services and health to the arts and environment. Each support of donation represents hope, change and celebrates community spirit, making a positive impact in others’ lives during the holidays.
In 2024, one of Sycuan Casino Resort’s most impactful contributions was its $25,000 donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego during the 31st Anniversary Golf Marathon. While mentors and youth enjoyed a round of golf, Sycuan Casino Resort’s check presentation aimed at bolstering the nonprofit’s efforts to provide mentorship and support to at-risk youth. The support continues to help youth reach their full potential by allowing more children to benefit from the guidance and companionship of their “Bigs.”
Beyond these major contributions, Sycuan Casino Resort consistently looks to support and sponsor various local charities and initiatives, ranging from health, mental, senior and youth services to environmental conservation.
