The Grants Specialist is an essential contractor to the transcenDANCE team, supporting the organization’s growth through researching, applying for, and stewarding local, state, and federal grant resources. This is a tremendous opportunity for a grants professional to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a well-respected, high-impact Creative Youth Development non-profit organization serving San Diego County communities.

Please note that this is a contractor position. While the position interfaces often and comprehensively with the transcenDANCE team, you will be employed as a contractor i.e. expected to supply your own office space, tools (technological and otherwise), you will not be directly supervised regularly by transcenDANCE employees, and there will be a written contract outlining your services.
