Under direct supervision, the Program Administrative Analyst performs a wide variety of high level fiscal and program, and administrative support duties for one or more program and/or administrative management staff. The incumbent is responsible for administrative support in a wide variety of areas including, but not limited to, financial management, human resources, budget preparation and tracking, purchasing, contract administration, and staff permit, education and training and professional development tracking.

This position performs administrative and related tasks/support associated with MAAC’s Child Development Program (CDP) and staff including the delivery of services at numerous child development centers. Assignments may include support to other related areas of program management and agency initiatives.  Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION
An AA or Bachelor’s degree in administrative, business, social or health services field.

A minimum of two (2) years of professional administrative work experience that includes clerical/office, budget and administrative support for a high level manager demonstrating skills/knowledge in the areas listed above.

Demonstrated proficiency (including word processing at a minimum of 50pm) in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and data bases such as ChildPlus.  Experience with Blackboard and/or Peach Jar highly desirable.

Non-profit, Child Development (Head Start/Early Head Start) or government agency experience highly desirable.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) read, write, speak highly desirable.
