Our board is currently seeking leaders with the following skill sets and attributes:

• Current and former education professionals, especially administrators or district leaders
• Individuals with professional experience in legal, accounting, DEI and/or HR disciplines
• Individuals with experience in developing community and non-profit partnerships
• Individuals who work in the private equity space
• Parents or guardians of past or current GOTR participants
• Individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish
