CANCELLED: Creating New Sustainable Revenue Models When the World Has Been Flipped
During the rapidly changing world that COVID has created, organizations across all sectors are seeking new ways to ensure their long-term viability. As nonprofit funding sources become more uncertain or impacted, our clients’ needs have often become much greater and more dire while resources to support them have become scarce. Given this new reality, it is imperative that nonprofits and social businesses look for opportunities to take control of their funding by identifying and expanding new, sustainable revenue sources to ensure the long-term viability of delivering on our mission and impact. This often requires that we reimagine and redesign our products , services and messaging to ensure they are relevant and timely in a world where the only constant is change.
Join the North County Philanthropy Council for part 2 of a virtual training designed to help nonprofit leaders re-think how to create new sustainable revenue streams to reduce the volatility the pandemic has created.
